Return or Exchange Accepted for 30 Days
We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or needs. That’s why we accept returns & exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase for defective and non-defective products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Product Condition for return or exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must be new and have never been used. It must also be in the same condition that you received it as well as in the original packaging.
Free Return Shipping
We want to make the return process as convenient as possible for you. Therefore, we offer free return shipping on all eligible items within the United States. Simply contact our customer service team at support@cassaza.com to initiate your return, and we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
No Restocking Fee
Unlike many other retailers, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we believe that you shouldn’t have to incur any additional costs if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@cassaza.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack your item securely in the original packaging, if possible, and affix the shipping label to the package.
- Drop off the package at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a 10 number of days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
